Our patient came to our clinic with the following concerns:

•Worn, rough edges on his teeth

•Short front teeth, especially the upper ones

•Lack of confidence while smiling

•A habit of night-time teeth grinding (bruxism)

•A desire for white and bright teeth to improve his smile

He was a healthy individual with no pain or discomfort in his jaw or oral muscles, but his teeth had clearly suffered the effects of years of grinding and wear. His front teeth had worn down to nearly half their original height, which significantly affected not only his appearance but also his self-esteem.

📋 Diagnosis & Conservative Treatment Approach

A full mouth examination and X-rays confirmed generalized tooth wear, but no underlying bone or soft tissue pathology. Many traditional treatments for such cases involve aggressive tooth reduction and multiple root canal treatments (RCT), but we chose a modern, minimally invasive approach focused on tooth preservation.

Our Conservative Treatment Approach

We recommended a full mouth rehabilitation using:

•Full ceramic Veneers for the front teeth

•Full ceramic Onlays and Vonlays for the back teeth

•All planned with advanced digital smile design technology

💻 Digital Smile Design: Previewing the Future Smile

We used state-of-the-art tools to ensure precision and patient satisfaction:

•3D scan of the patient’s teeth and face

•2D & 3D virtual smile design

•Intraoral mock-up to try the proposed smile in real life before any work began

Once both the patient and our team were satisfied with the proposed smile, we proceeded with treatment.

The entire process — from digital planning to final restoration — was completed in just 15 days.
